When to Apply:

Apply and massage vigorously into the whole body daily while  you shower or bath, focusing on the rough areas of your skin.

Give yourself a vigorous massage with this scrub either before you have a shower or away from the water in the shower to awaken all the body’s cells and to release the toxins. Rinse off when finished.
